MessageBird Auto Greeting is a Chrome extension designed to automatically send a predefined welcome message when a user manually accepts a conversation inside MessageBird/Bird.
This extension does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal information with any third party.
The extension only operates locally within the user's browser and interacts with the MessageBird/Bird interface to automate sending a predefined greeting message.
The extension stores user preferences locally using Chrome Storage, including:
Welcome message text
Extension enabled/disabled status
Conversation tracking settings
No customer conversations or personal data are transmitted to external servers.
This extension does not use analytics services, advertising services, tracking services, or external APIs for collecting user data.
All processing occurs locally within the browser. No user data is transferred outside the browser environment.
