Michael Smith has been in the Service industry for over 20 years. His most recent job was a Managing Partner of a chain restaurant for more than 7 years. Before being a Managing Partner, he was also a store manager (Kitchen Manager and Service Manager) for over 10 years. He is experienced in people, finances, culture, and operations.
