Final Grade Calculation:
Group project (50%)
Individual case study (40%)
Lecture participation (10%)
Students fail the course if the grade in the individual project is negative.
Group Project Details:
Objetive: develop a plan for implementing CRM in a real company (hint: focus on a particular type of CRM - strategic, operational or analytical)
Structure: follow the book chapter 14 - the five main phases of implementation
Report info: Deadline - 8 Dec Midnight. Report should have 12 pages. Send the report in pdf by email to me.
Presentation info: Date: 16 Dec. Presentation should be 15 minutes + 10 min Q&A. You may bring a person from the company. Me and the colleagues will ask questions!
Individual Case Study Details:
Structure: A specific use case with a few questions covering all course topics (i.e., all CRM types) will be shared with the students - 1 week before the submission deadline.
Submission: The students will submit the individual case study in pdf by email to me. The work should have a maximum of 1 page per question.
Deadline: Students choose the most suitable date for submission (January?). There is no oral presentation.
