A unique writing opportunity from the Sumner County Museum:
In order to accurately tell the story of COVID-19 to future generations, the Sumner County Museum needs your help to document this event. Social distancing makes this difficult for us to do as events unfold, so we need your help.
As we have all been affected by this virus in one way or another, we hope that you will share your story, and encourage others to share their's as well. We would like to document how life your community has changed. We want to hear stories and obtain photos from the grocery industry, first responders, medical workers, government, and food service industry.
We would also like to hear stories and see photos of how this has affected family life. What are you doing differently? How are you adapting to this situation?
And of course we want to hear stories of encouragement! How has your community come together to help others? What are people doing to help their neighbors?
We will get through this and life will go on, but we will not forget how COVID-19 has changed our community, town, county, country, and world. Please share post and email us at covid@sumnercountymuseum.org
