1. Introduction Welcome to Mershia Tailor Management App. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may choose not to use the App.
2. Description of Service Mershia Tailor Management App is a digital utility tool designed to help fashion designers and tailors manage their clients, generate invoices, track expenses, and estimate pricing.
3. Subscriptions and Billing Certain features of the App are locked behind a "Pro" subscription.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations and Refunds: We do not have the ability to process refunds directly. All subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests are governed entirely by Google Play's billing policies and must be handled through your device's Google Play subscription settings.
4. Limitation of Liability and Financial Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)
Not Professional Advice: The App provides calculators, expense trackers, and pricing estimators for convenience purposes only. We are not financial advisors, accountants, or tax professionals.
Data Accuracy: Any calculations regarding profit margins, overhead costs, or material pricing rely strictly on the data inputted by the user.
"As-Is" Provision: The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Under no circumstances shall Mershia Tailor Management App, Omni Sakal, or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, business interruptions, loss of profits, tax miscalculations, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the App.
5. User Accounts and Security You are responsible for safeguarding the password and login credentials that you use to access the App. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
