The Force Contact Centre is yet another serious and highly needed division which serves a huge purpose within our patrols. The FCC or FCR is the main reason that our Emergency Service personnel are able to serve their duties by attending the hundreds of incidents they do every week saving thousands of lives. Serving in this division has a extremely big responsibility in attaching all of the correct units to every single call/incident that comes up on their CAD systems - it is their job no-one else's to ensure that all units attend the jobs that come through and that LIVES are saved every single day. North West Ambulance Service are yet another major frontline resource within the community. Their job is to aid and give medical to those that need them at any time, throughout our patrols the NWAS attend various different jobs ranging from Road Traffic Collisions to provide as much aid and care as possible to members of the public being ill/feeling unwell they attend many many more however they are the most popular however all of these incidents allow them to use their specialised equipment and trainings provided in the real world.

Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service are yet another extremely important frontline division serving thousands every single week, they go from providing aid when necessary to putting out large roaring blazes within Merseyside and most importantly they save lives in more extreme, scary incidents where Police or Medical Services can't get to due to their equipment being not as advanced as MFRU's. They have extremely advanced pieces of equipment designed for them to attend a whole different range of incidents such as Property Fires, Structure Collapses, Road Traffic Collisions and even sometimes Water Rescues.
