This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which "EzChat" collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the "EzChat" mobile application ("App"). This privacy policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by "EzChat".
Personal Identification Information
"EzChat" does not collect any personal identification information from Users of the App. Users may be asked to grant permission to access certain device features such as the phone's Call History solely for the purpose of enhancing the functionality of the App, as described below.
Access to Phone Call History (Android Only)
OPTIONALLY: At runtime, if the user decides to initiate WhatsApp chats by selecting phone numbers from the call history within EzChat, they are prompted to grant EzChat the 'READ_PHONE_STATE' permission. This permission allows the app to access phone call history.
Use of Phone Numbers
The "EzChat" application will exclusively utilize the phone numbers dialed, entered, or selected from Call History by the user for the sole purpose of initiating chat conversations. No phone numbers will be transmitted or shared outside of the "EzChat" application. All phone numbers will be utilized locally on the user's device and will not be shared externally.
Non-Personal Identification Information
"EzChat" may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with the App. Non-personal identification information may include the type of device, operating system, and other technical information used by the User.
Protection of User Information
"EzChat" adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of User information stored on the App.
Sharing User Information
"EzChat" does not sell, trade, or rent User personal identification information to others. Any information collected by the App is used solely for the purpose of enhancing the User experience within the App and is not shared outside of the App and the User's device.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
"EzChat" has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

By using this App, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
