Pahadi wild forest honey is from nectar collected by Apis Serena Indica bees from a variety of wild flowers blooming in the natural hillocks of Uttarakhand. The beehives include wall hives . log hives and wooden bee boxes that are kept in the high mountain villages near to jungle . पहाड़ी हिमालय राजमा दाल (Pahari rajma)

Evidence proves that soluble fibre in rajma lowers bad cholesterol (LDL) and ups the good cholesterol (HDL) by forming a gel-like substance in the stomach and prevents the reabsorption of cholesterol into the body.
