SMSControl – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SMSControl. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the SMSControl application ("the App"). By tapping "Accept" or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SMSControl allows users to create and manage pre-defined SMS message templates and send SMS messages to selected recipients.
Before any SMS message is sent, the App presents the recipient's phone number and message content for user review and confirmation. SMS messages are only sent after the user explicitly confirms the action.
The App sends SMS messages directly from the user's device using Android's SMS functionality and does not use external servers to transmit messages.
SMSControl is designed to operate locally on your device.
The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share the content of SMS messages created or sent through the App.
The App does not transmit contact information, phone numbers, message templates, or other user-generated content to external servers.
Any information entered into the App is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
The only third-party data collection may relate to advertising and analytics services provided by Google or its partners. Such collection is governed by Google's own privacy policies and terms.

SMSControl requires certain permissions to provide its core functionality.
The App requires permission to send SMS messages directly from your device.
SMS messages are only sent after the user reviews and confirms both the recipient's phone number and the message content.
The App does not send SMS messages automatically, in the background, or without user interaction.
The App may request access to your contacts to allow convenient selection of recipients.
Contact information is used solely on your device and is not collected, uploaded, transmitted, sold, or shared by SMSControl.
If enabled by the operating system, the App may request notification permissions to provide reminders, status updates, or other app-related notifications.
By using the App, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for all SMS messages sent using the App.
You will review and verify recipient phone numbers and message content before confirming transmission.
You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and carrier requirements relating to SMS communications.
You will not use the App for spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful marketing, or any illegal activity.
You are responsible for any SMS charges, fees, or costs imposed by your mobile network operator.
The App may display advertisements provided by Google or other advertising partners.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Advertisements may be personalised according to applicable advertising policies and consent settings.
SMSControl does not control the specific content, relevance, frequency, or availability of advertisements.
Any interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
SMSControl is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
The developer makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, availability, reliability, or suitability of the App.
The developer is not responsible for delayed, failed, duplicated, or undelivered SMS messages caused by device issues, operating system behaviour, carrier services, network conditions, or other factors beyond reasonable control.
The developer is not liable for any losses, damages, costs, claims, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the App.
The developer is not responsible for any charges, fees, or costs incurred through SMS usage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be made available within the App. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
