Before you submit your commission application, please be sure to.

By sending me a commission application, it implies that the Client had fully read and understood my Terms and Conditions and therefore you are responsible to abide by the agreements presented below.

◆Please contact each commission site or affiliated form when submitting a request.I accept requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

◆I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason. I will make a decision based on the client's social credibility and brand strength, so please include this information when you contact me.

◆Requests are mainly accepted for portrait illustrations. Please provide clear and detailed information about the client's request, such as character, fan art, design request, etc.

◆Please keep in mind that all illustrations and artwork produced are digital illustrations and digital products. 

Commissioning Process via Commission Form 

◆Once I have confirmed your request, you will receive an email. All commission communication will be done via email.

◆The minimum price for an individual request is around 80USD. The price varies depending on the art style and the amount of drawing. Please contact me with your budget and other details as much as possible.

◆Only when I receive an illustration request, I will estimate the amount of remuneration. I do not disclose the price because it depends on the contents of the request.

◆Payments can be made by PayPal and Ko-fi. I will confirm the details of your request and prepare and send you an invoice.Only after receiving full payment will I begin working on your request.

◆I will start making rough sketches according to the client's request. Since the main elements are determined in the rough sketch, up to three requests can be made at this point if revisions are necessary.

◆Additional fees may be charged for more than three requests during the rough sketch, for revisions requested after the rough sketch is completed, and for revisions that deviate significantly from the original request. In case of additional charges, I will proceed with the work upon mutual confirmation and agreement by e-mail.

◆Basic turnaround time is 90 days. If you have a preferred delivery date, please contact me in advance.

◆If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes, please let me know at the time of request. I will prepare an invoice adding the right of commercial use.

◆Refunds are available only under the following circumstances.

　　◇Before the start of the requested work.

　　◇If for any reason I am unable to begin the work you have requested.

◆When I deliver the artwork, I will send you the artwork in .png format of high resolution image by e-mail. 

Copyright / Notes  

◆Delivered artwork may be used as an achievement in my portfolio for business negotiations.

◆If you specify a date and time when the artwork can be published after delivery, please contact me in advance.

◆The copyright of the delivered artwork belongs to the illustration producer's client. Secondary use, modification, and claiming rights are not permitted.

◆Please note that if it is determined that the delivered work infringes my copyright, I will charge a separate penalty depending on the amount of compensation.

◆The use of the delivered artwork in activities that are offensive to public order and morals, use related to slander, libel, or nuisance, or use in political, religious, or antisocial activities is prohibited.

◆The use of the delivered artwork for AI training is prohibited.

◆I may cancel your request in the following cases.

　　◇Excessive sexual depiction 

　　◇Excessive depiction of grotesques 

　　◇Artwork intended for use in political or religious activities 

　　◇NSFW of children's characters 

　　◇Artwork in a style not registered in our portfolio (please contact me) 

　　◇Artwork in a field requiring specialized knowledge (please contact me) 

　　◇Fan art for works without clear rules on secondary creation (please contact me) 

◆If you have any other matters that require confirmation, please confirm them by e-mail or other means on a case-by-case basis.
