Perhaps the smallest project in our portfolio. Added value to a quirky gate house situated in a well sought after residential part of Kew Bridge TW8. The property marks an end to a terrace and is located in St Paul's conservation area.
It was unusual for us to undertake a single house project however we specifically enjoy this small project as an opportunity to show case our design-led creativity combined with our passion and skill for preservation of historic buildings.
The secured planning provides a 4 bedroom spacious family house, with minimalist design features and modern finishes to deliver a practical and modern family home.
On this project, we acted on direct instruction of a family office.
