This policy explains how SIWOOPLAY (시우플레이) processes information in connection with Merge Tower Defense : End Game.
You can play the basic game without providing your real name, phone number, or email address. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the information you include in your message.
Random identifiers
The app uses randomly generated identifiers to distinguish app installations and associate ranking records with them. These identifiers are not government-issued identifiers or device serial numbers. However, they can link activity to the same installation, so we do not describe all such information as completely anonymous.
Online rankings
We process a random device identifier, platform, app version, connection times, display name, scores, stages reached, game results, play duration, submission times, and gameplay records used to check the validity of submitted results.
Your chosen nickname or Google Play Games display name may be used for rankings. Public rankings may show your display name, rank, score, and platform.
Usage statistics and diagnostics
We process random installation, session, and event identifiers; game starts and endings; tutorial progress; stages reached; advertisement requests, completions, and failures; error categories; event times; platform; and app version.
Our own usage statistics do not include your contacts, advertising ID, or the full text or stack trace of error messages.
Information stored on your device
Game progress, in-game currency, and settings are primarily stored on your device. Our ranking server does not provide a complete cloud backup of your game progress.
We use information to:
Provide online rankings.
Validate submitted gameplay records.
Prevent duplicate submissions and cheating.
Understand gameplay activity and investigate errors.
Respond to inquiries and deletion requests.
The app uses Google AdMob rewarded advertisements and Google's consent management tools.
Google's advertising SDK may process IP addresses, approximate location information, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, measurement, diagnostics, and fraud prevention. Processing may vary according to your region, consent choices, and Google settings.
If you use Google Play Games features, Google's privacy policy also applies. Deleting data from our own server does not delete advertising or Play Games data separately processed by Google.

Network providers may process connection information when your device communicates with our server. Our own usage-statistics records do not include IP addresses. Our server temporarily processes IP addresses for request rate limiting.
Ranking information
We retain ranking identifiers, display names, submitted results, and verification records during operation of the service, subject to applicable deletion requests.
Usage statistics
We apply a 90-day retention threshold to raw usage events and also remove old inactive installation records. Expired records are removed when new events are collected or an administrator accesses the statistics. Cleanup may be delayed while the server is inactive or stopped.
Local information
You can remove locally stored progress and settings by clearing the app's data. Uninstalling the app or clearing its local data does not automatically delete records already stored on our server.
You can send privacy inquiries and deletion requests to:
lovesiny11@gmail.com
Please include the game name and a description of your request. We will explain what minimum information is needed to identify the relevant records. Do not send passwords or the app's authentication secret.
Within 10 days of receiving an email deletion request, we will inform you of the action taken or, if we cannot fulfill the request, explain the reason and how you can challenge that decision.
In-app deletion
In app versions and server deployments that support Delete my data, you can use that option in the lobby or battle settings to delete ranking information, verification records, and usage statistics securely linked to the current installation.
Locally stored game progress is deleted only if you select that additional option. If deletion fails, you can retry. After successful deletion, automatic registration and usage-statistics uploads remain stopped until you explicitly restart online features.
If this option is unavailable or does not work, please contact us by email.
Older unlinked statistics
Statistics collected before secure linking was introduced may not be verifiably associated with your current installation. These records cannot be automatically deleted through the in-app option. They remain subject to the retention rules above, and you can contact us about them.
Minimal deletion records
Servers with the deletion feature retain minimal deletion records to support retries and prevent deleted data from reappearing after a backup restoration. These records contain hashed identifiers and relevant deletion and expiry information, with a 45-day retention threshold.
Expired deletion records are removed during server startup or operational cleanup. They do not contain original identifiers, display names, gameplay records, or authentication secrets.
The Android app is configured to communicate with our server using HTTPS. Record submissions, display-name changes, and supported deletion requests use installation-specific authentication.
Administrative access is restricted, and deletion requests are processed within their verified scope.
We will update this page when our data practices or relevant service features change.
