Merge the Gap is provided by CrazySoftware (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
The game stores puzzle progress, stars, unlocked levels, saved puzzles, daily challenge progress, hint credits, theme and sound preferences, and purchase entitlement status on your device. The current game does not require a player account or provide a developer-operated cloud save service. Your operating system may back up app data according to your device settings.
The game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation, Unity Ads, and the ironSource advertising network to display interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. These services may collect or receive advertising and device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device model, operating system, app version, diagnostic information, and information about ad impressions, clicks, and interactions.
These providers use information to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud, and operate and improve their services. Depending on applicable law, your choices, and provider settings, information may also be used to personalize advertising. Advertising partners may share information with service providers and other advertising partners as described in their policies.
Unity services used by the game, including purchasing services, may also process technical, diagnostic, usage, and transaction information to provide their functionality. For details and privacy choices, see:

The game offers an optional one-time Remove Ads purchase through Google Play. Google processes payments. We do not receive your full payment card details. The game and purchasing services process product identifiers, purchase status, receipts or transaction identifiers, and entitlement information to complete purchases, restore access, and prevent fraud.
Purchasing Remove Ads disables advertising in the game and provides unlimited hints. It does not delete information previously processed by advertising providers or stop processing needed to maintain your purchase.

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and troubleshooting details. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send payment card details or passwords.
We do not operate a business selling player contact lists. However, advertising providers may process and share identifiers and advertising information in ways that qualify as a sale or sharing under some privacy laws. See their policies for details and available opt-outs.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or support a business transfer subject to appropriate privacy protections. Third-party providers may process information outside your country.
Local game data is retained until cleared or removed. You can generally delete local data through Android app storage settings or by uninstalling the game. Device backups may retain copies, and Google Play purchase records are separate from local game data. Clearing local data may erase progress and settings.
Provider-held information is retained under each provider’s policies and legal obligations. Deleting the game does not automatically delete information held by Unity or Google.
You can manage advertising ID and ad privacy controls through your Android device settings, where available. You can use Unity’s privacy controls linked in its policy and contact Google about Google-held information. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Contact us for requests concerning information we hold.
Children’s information requires particular care. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to us should contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action. Third-party advertising and store services have their own age-related requirements and privacy practices.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
