Privacy Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Merge Chef (“App”), you agree to this Privacy Agreement/Privacy Policy (“Policy”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1) What data we collect
We collect and process information only as needed to run the App and provide its features. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
A) Game progress (optional, cloud)
If you sign in to Google Play Games Services, we may store and sync game progress and related data (for example: level progress, coins/energy, and similar progress state) using Google’s Saved Games features.
B) Achievements/unlock events (optional, cloud)
If you sign in to Google Play Games Services, we may send achievement unlock events to Google Play Games.
C) Advertising data
The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may use information such as:
your device advertising ID (where available on your device),
approximate device and usage data necessary to show ads,
basic ad measurement data (e.g., to prevent duplicate impressions).
D) Device and technical information
We may collect basic technical data required to operate the App (for example: device/OS information and crash/error reporting data, if enabled by the SDKs we use).
2) How we use your data
We use the collected data for:
Running gameplay and restoring your progress (including optional cloud save via Play Games)
Showing achievements (via Play Games)
Displaying advertisements (via AdMob)
Maintaining App performance and fixing issues
3) Who we share data with
We may share data with:
Google Play Games Services (for sign-in, saved games, and achievements)
Google AdMob (for serving ads and ad measurement)
These providers act under their own privacy policies and terms, and we use them to deliver the App’s features.
We do not sell your personal data.
4) Your choices (ads and cloud save)
Cloud save / sign-in: You can disable cloud save by signing out of Google Play Games (where available).
Ads: You can control how ads are personalized through Google’s ad preferences and your device’s advertising settings (availability depends on your region/device).
5) Children’s privacy
The App is intended for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
6) International data transfers
Google services (including Play Games and AdMob) may process data outside your country. When transfers occur, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards.
7) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest changes.

10) Requesting deletion (Account / Data)
If you want to request deletion of your data processed through Merge Chef, you can contact us at bykras.apps@gmail.com.
To submit a request:

Subject: “Delete my Merge Chef data”
In the email, include:
Your Google Play Games account email/ID (if you signed in)
Which data you want removed: local progress, cloud progress, and/or achievements
What we can delete / how:
Local (device) game progress: Merge Chef stores progress on your device (for example in the browser/app localStorage). You can remove this data by using the app’s Reset Progress button, or by clearing the app storage / uninstalling the app.
Cloud game progress & achievements (Play Games): If you sign in, your progress and achievements are stored with Google Play Games Services (Saved Games + achievements) and are managed by Google. We cannot directly erase Play Games cloud records from inside the app, but we can:
help you stop syncing by signing out of Play Games,
provide the steps needed to request deletion using your Google account / Play Games controls.
Data we do not control:
Ad-related data used for ads is handled by Google AdMob under its own policies. We do not personally store ad profiles on a server.
Timeline:
We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days (or sooner).
