By downloading or using MergeBoom, you agree to these Terms of Use.
MergeBoom is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. You may not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its normal operation, or use cheats, bots, or exploits.
The app may offer optional in-app purchases such as removing ads or purchasing virtual items. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play billing and refund policies.
Virtual items such as coins, hints, and rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The app may display advertisements. If you purchase a Remove Ads option, it applies only as described inside the app. Rewarded ads may still be available unless stated otherwise.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
