Dinhthihonghanh is the developer of Merge Stack Journey (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain information in the iOS game, on our support website and when you contact us. Our support and privacy contact is dinhthihonghanh8776@icloud.com.
Local game data: Board state, progress, scores, Journey drafts and postcards, token collections, reward counters and sound/vibration preferences are saved on your device. Core gameplay does not require an online account. We do not provide developer-operated cloud save or a public gallery for these creations. Local saves are separate from advertising and analytics records.
Support information: When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate reported problems and handle privacy requests. Remove personal information from screenshots and do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details or identity documents.
Advertising and analytics information: Subject to the choices in section 5, the app and its integrated SDKs automatically collect information through app events, advertising interactions and network requests. This can include IP address and approximate location derived from it; device model, operating system, app version, language, region and network information; permitted app/device identifiers and a randomly generated installation identifier; consent choices; session times, app usage, foreground duration and diagnostics; and ad impressions, clicks, completion, placement, creative identifiers, revenue and installation/campaign attribution results. IDFA is accessed only when permitted by your iOS tracking authorization. We use these records to operate and measure advertising, validate rewards, understand app usage and campaign performance, improve stability and prevent invalid traffic. We do not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location for these services.
Our own analytics servers: We operate our own analytics servers to receive app startup, session and foreground-duration records, device/app information, installation identifiers, IP-based network information and game/ad events. We use these records for usage statistics, performance analysis, advertising measurement and troubleshooting, subject to the optional-analytics controls in section 5.
Website information: Our website hosting and email service providers may process IP address, browser, cookie, delivery and service-usage information to provide and protect those services, under their own privacy policies.
AppLovin MAX: We use MAX to deliver and manage interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. MAX mediates ads from participating advertising partners; those partners may receive the advertising information described above to select, deliver, measure and protect ads, subject to applicable permissions. Participation depends on availability, region, consent and the mediation configuration. An ad served through MAX may therefore involve an advertising partner as well as AppLovin.

AppsFlyer: We use AppsFlyer to measure installations, campaign attribution and advertising revenue. It may process permitted identifiers, device/app and network information, installation/session events, attribution results and ad-revenue records for those purposes.
AppsFlyer services privacy policy: https://www.appsflyer.com/legal/services-privacy-policy/
ThinkingData: We use ThinkingData for app-usage statistics, event analysis and diagnostics. It may process installation identifiers, device/app and network information, session duration, gameplay/ad events, application errors and scene lifecycle information for those purposes.

When optional analytics is enabled under section 5, installation identifiers and attribution results may be associated across these services and our own analytics servers to measure app and advertising performance. We do not use this association to bypass a tracking refusal or replace an unavailable advertising identifier.
Ads may contain images, video, audio or interactive content promoting third-party apps, products or services. Ad creatives and advertised offers are supplied by advertisers and advertising partners. Displaying an ad does not mean we endorse the advertiser or guarantee its claims. We remain responsible for the integration of advertising in our game.
Tapping an ad may open an app store, another app or an external website. Any information you submit there, and any purchase, subscription, promotion or offer you choose to accept, is governed by that provider’s terms and privacy policy. An offer shown inside an ad is separate from the in-game benefit described by Merge Stack Journey.
Rewarded ads are optional. The described in-game benefit is granted only after the advertising service confirms that the reward was earned. Closing early or an unavailable or failed ad does not qualify. Declining tracking does not change this reward rule. Ad availability depends on connectivity and advertiser demand; an ad is not guaranteed for every request.
To report an inappropriate, misleading or age-inappropriate ad, open the game’s Settings > Support URL or email dinhthihonghanh8776@icloud.com with the subject “Ad Report”. Include the approximate time and time zone, game version, where the ad appeared, the advertised app/product and any visible ad details. A screenshot with personal information removed is helpful. Use an ad’s information or reporting control when available. We will investigate reports and work with our advertising provider to address problematic ads.
On supported iOS versions, we request Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission during loading and wait for a final system result before starting advertising. Advertising and analytics do not start while that request is pending. If it fails without a final result, the game can continue with those services disabled. You may decline tracking and still play. We do not fingerprint your device or use substitute identifiers to bypass your choice.
ATT and regional advertising consent are separate. MAX may present regional consent messages where applicable. A refusal is not treated as consent, and a regional choice does not override your iOS tracking setting. Contextual or limited ads may still be available without tracking permission; ordinary ad network requests can still disclose IP address and basic technical information needed to deliver those ads.
Optional analytics, including reporting to our own analytics servers, starts only after advertising initialization and ATT authorization, subject to advertising-consent and opt-out settings. A recorded advertising-consent refusal, sale/share opt-out or previously saved optional-analytics opt-out prevents it from starting. If no advertising-consent choice has been recorded, it can start only when the advertising SDK identifies the region as outside its GDPR region and the other conditions above are met.
To withdraw tracking permission and stop future optional analytics, go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for Merge Stack Journey. The game checks this permission when it returns to the foreground and stops optional analytics reporting. To change regional advertising consent or exercise other applicable opt-out rights, contact us at the email above; you may also use the privacy choices described by the providers in section 3. Some changes take full effect on the next launch. Stopping collection does not automatically delete records already received; deletion requests are explained below.
We rely on consent where required for optional tracking or data use. We process support information to provide the assistance you request and to meet applicable obligations. Using the game or reading this policy does not replace a permission or consent that is required.
We share the relevant information described in this policy with the advertising and analytics services in section 3, participating advertising partners and technical service providers supporting our own analytics, website and support operations, for the purposes explained above. We require every third party receiving user data from us to provide the same or equal protection as described in this policy and required by applicable App Store rules and law. Providers acting on our behalf must process information for the agreed purposes. We remain responsible for our integrations and handling of user information.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights, safety or service security. Advertising-related disclosures may constitute “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights. We do not use sensitive personal information such as health or precise GPS data to target ads.
We use access restrictions and protected transmission for developer-controlled services. No system is completely secure. We and our service providers may process information outside your country, using applicable transfer safeguards where required.
Local saves remain on your device until removed. In iOS settings, Delete App removes the app and its local data; Offload App preserves documents and data. Device and cloud backups must be managed separately through the platform’s settings. We cannot remotely erase or recover a save stored only on your device.
We retain support correspondence and records on our own analytics servers only as long as needed to resolve requests, provide and evaluate the services described above, investigate faults or invalid traffic, and meet applicable legal obligations. We then delete or anonymize them. The retention period depends on the purpose, the investigation or request involved, and any required legal retention. Data retained for a legal obligation is limited to that purpose. Records controlled by advertising and analytics providers follow their published retention policies and your applicable rights. SDKs may temporarily cache unsent records and retry while the relevant services are enabled.
For access, correction or deletion of information held by us, including on our own analytics servers, email dinhthihonghanh8776@icloud.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Describe your request and provide only information reasonably needed to locate the relevant records. We may ask for limited verification; do not send passwords, full payment details or identity documents. We will handle requests within applicable legal requirements and coordinate with service providers where appropriate. Deleting the app alone does not delete records already received by us or our providers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising. Contact us using the process above. You may also contact the relevant provider or your local data-protection authority. Exercising these rights or refusing tracking does not restrict ordinary gameplay.
The game is not designed specifically for children. We do not knowingly use children’s personal information for targeted advertising. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
We will update this policy and its date when our practices change, and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
