To provide a personalized experience and features like generating professional invoices/reports with your business details, the app may collect and store the following information in your profile section:
• Name / Business Name
• Mobile Number
• Address
• Email Address
Important: This profile information and all your financial transactions are stored ONLY on your local device. We do not collect, upload, or transmit this personal data to any external servers or third parties.
2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE
All your business data and profile details are stored locally on your Android device using a secured local Room database (SQLite). Since no data is synchronized with a cloud server, your information remains completely under your control.
Please note: Clearing the app data from Android settings or uninstalling the app will permanently delete your local database, including your profile details. We do not hold any backup of your data.
3. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To keep the application free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. To serve these ads, Google AdMob may automatically collect and use certain non-personal data, including:
• Device identifiers (IP address, Advertising ID)
• Analytics, crash logs, and app performance data

4. DEVICE PERMISSIONS USED
To function correctly, the app only requests standard Android features:
• INTERNET & ACCESS NETWORK STATE: Required solely for loading AdMob advertisements.
• FILE SHARING: The app utilizes Android's internal FileProvider to securely generate and share PDF reports (like invoices or ledger statements) without requiring intrusive device storage permissions.
5. DATA DELETION POLICY
Since we do not collect or store any user data on external servers, there is no user data stored in our cloud to delete. If you wish to delete your profile info and all transaction records, you can easily do so by clearing the app's cache/data in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the application.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This app is intended for business management and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
