For several years, Tsonko and Galina, well known in the Bulgarian folklore scene in Montreal, have been offering their services as caterers. Their cooking reflects Balkan cuisine and also reminds us of Turkish food.

Efxinos Pontos, the Pontian Association of Montreal, was founded in 1964 by Greek immigrants from Pontus (Black Sea) with the goal of preserving and maintaining their culture and traditions. They created a place where all the Pontians in Montreal could gather and celebrate their roots together through music, singing, and dance. 

They founded a school where young people can learn the Pontian language, music, dance, history, and develop a sense of pride and belonging.

The performance troupe will present a selection of dances from the Greek Pontian repertoire.
