Membership

You can join us as a member if you live anywhere in the East Midlands.  

We currently do not charge a membership fee, but may do so in the future. It is unlikely to be set above £10.00 per year, and we do not turn away people who cannot afford this.

How to join

Please download the Membership Form below. Complete it either electronically or by hand, and send it as an e-mail attachment to mepositive@hotmail.co.uk. 

If the form isn't displaying properly, please e-mail or ring us and we will send you one. 

(If you complete it by hand, you will need to scan a copy and attach it to an e-mail.)
