RULES AND REGULATIONS
Booth Assignment
Booth assignments are generally on a first come, first served basis (although preference may be given based on a variety of factors). Companies must submit a complete exhibit application. Assignments will be determined based upon the date of all submissions prior to the final deadline on February 15, 2023. If more than one request is made for the same booth space on the same date, the following criteria will be used:
Number of years the Exhibitor has participated in past Massage Envy Summit events
Level of committed support for past and current Summit events.
Certificate of Insurance
Massage Envy does not provide liability or property damage insurance for exhibitor property. All Exhibitors are responsible for their own insurance policy to protect them against loss through theft, fire, damage, etc.

Booth Guidelines
All exhibit booths must be staffed when the Expo Hall is open
Materials and handouts must be available throughout the event
All participants affiliated with the booth must be registered
Badges must be worn at all times
Breakdown or packing up materials earlier than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, April 25th or vacating a booth before the close of the Expo is prohibited and penalties may be incurred.
Exhibit Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Massage Envy at tricia.simmons@conferencedirect.com. Any form of space reduction whether small or large will be considered a cancellation not a reduction and therefore subject to an administrative cancellation fee. Date of receipt of notification will be considered the cancellation date. See below for penalty details:
Administrative Cancellation fee of 25% of total sponsorship tier cost
No refunds will be issued after February 22,2023
100% Exhibitor fee forfeiture if booth is not set up and occupied by 8:00 pm Saturday, April 22, 2023. Exhibitor will be considered a No-Show. Any and all costs from the venue or any contractors will be at the exhibitor’s expense. A No Show may impact participation in future Massage Envy events.
EXHIBITOR SHOWKIT
Exhibitor Showkit will be distributed via e-mail December 31, 2022. Exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of cost reductions offered by most contractors for advance orders. Many services cost substantially more when ordered on site.
Massage Envy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to a) accept or deny any submitted application for exhibit space; b) prohibit, reject, restrict or otherwise require modification to exhibit layout for any reason; c) bar or evict any exhibitor whose exhibit, materials or conduct is objectionable to Massage Envy show management for any reason. In the case of denied application, all monies collected by Massage Envy will be refunded to the applicant. Violation of any regulations on the part of the exhibitor, its employees or agents shall void the right to occupy space, and such exhibitor will forfeit all monies which may have been paid to Massage Envy.
