Clients can always text Halle to be added to the pending client list
When booking appointments on the website, typically invoices are due in 72 hours
Appointments are not confirmed on the work calendar until the invoice has been paid
Invoices are sent 10 days before service (clients can request invoices sooner)
Holiday invoices are sent 20 days before service (clients can request invoices sooner)
Bronze Service $75
9pm to ~ 9 am
For clients that need minimum care
The sitter stays in your home overnight and covers the night and morning routine (dinner, night potty break, breakfast, morning potty break)
Can add additional drop-in(s) when booking your appointment to best meet your pet's normal routine
For example: Bronze service + mid-day visit (20/30/60 minutes)
Silver Service $116
The sitter lives in your home and maintains your pet's schedule
This is not a constant care service
The sitter may leave for short periods due to other appointments (up to 5 hours at a time) and will return to keep your pet(s) on their normal schedule. Otherwise, we are at home caring for your pet(s).
This may equate to 1-2 drop-ins per day + overnight care to maintain your pet's schedule
Accommodations can be made for medication, puppies (under 1-year-old), and seniors
Check-in time is based on the check-out time
Example: If check-in is at 5 pm on the first day of service, then checkout will be by 5 pm on the last day of service
Additional drop-ins may be added to the booking if it surpasses the sitter's check-out time
