• Premium subscription features

The App is intended to assist users in making informed dining decisions.

2. No Medical or Professional Advice

MenuWise AI is not a medical service.

Information provided by the App is generated using artificial intelligence and publicly available nutritional references.

The App does not replace:

• Doctors

• Dietitians

• Nutritionists

• Medical professionals

Always consult qualified professionals regarding allergies, medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or health concerns.

3. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee that all menu items, nutritional values, allergens, translations, or recommendations are complete, accurate, or up to date.

Restaurants may change ingredients or recipes without notice.

Users remain responsible for verifying food information directly with the restaurant when necessary.

4. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

MenuWise AI uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations and analyses.

AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

Users acknowledge that AI responses are estimates and should not be considered factual guarantees.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer the App.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Interfere with the service.

• Upload harmful or illegal content.

• Abuse subscription systems.

• Circumvent usage limits.

6. Premium Subscription

Certain features require an active subscription.

Available plans may include:

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID or Google Play account before the renewal date.

Subscription management is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play.

7. Free Trial

If offered, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

Only one trial may be available per eligible account.

8. Refund Policy

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

The App may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cairen Works shall not be liable for:

• AI-generated mistakes

• Lost profits

Use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

• Google Play Services

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Billing

• RevenueCat

• Google AdMob

Each third-party service operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

13. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Account and Device

The App does not require users to create an account.

Premium purchases are associated with your Apple ID or Google Play account and may be restored where supported by the platform.
