The Mentorship project is an international non-profit organization that looks to aid underprivileged rising high school seniors with free, remote, and personalized college admissions counseling. As we continue to face many inequities in our world today, our mission has become ever more important and mandatory as we aim to close the education gap in America.
With this initiative, our goal is to provide every student with a high-quality mentor that will provide guidance through the college application process. With access to the right resources, people can become empowered by their own abilities and gain the confidence to fulfill their potential. Please sign up if you are a high school student looking for a mentor, or a college student looking to leave an impact on a high school student’s life.
We provide comprehensive college workshops on topics inclusive of but not limited to: financial aid & FAFSA, essay writing, goal setting, major selection, scholarships, and more. We aim to arm our students with the knowledge necessary to stand out in admissions. Our speakers include accomplished undergraduates, top executives, college admissions officers, and many more. If you are an individual or organization interested in collaborating on a workshop with us, please get in touch.
We’ve compiled an extensive database of scholastic resources including a list of scholarships, educational guides on specific tracks (pre-law, pre-med, STEM, business, etc.), quality online courses, and many more. To learn more, please sign-up for our newsletter below. If you have any resources that you would like to let us know about, please contact us.
We will have a mentee and mentor orientation this Friday on August 28th. The Mentee Orientation is from 5:30-6:30 pm EST, and the Mentor Orientation is from 6:45-7:45 pm EST.
