Melissa Dietrich is the founder of MentorLink Solutions. She holds a doctoral degree in organizational development and leadership, with her dissertation focusing on workplace mentor programs. She also holds a M. Ed. in curriculum and instruction and a B. A. in English/Secondary Education. With more than 20 years in K-12, higher education, and work as a freelance instructional designer, she has developed countless academic courses and training and development solutions based on sound curriculum design principles. She resides in Reading, PA, with her husband, David.
