our idea

This service has been created to provide final year students in IADT with the necessary advice when transitioning from college life into the working environment, it will also be a solid link when finding employment . The mentor will gain additional learning and new experiences, the satisfaction of helping others and challenging them self-further.

The mentee will be given the help to work out what they want in a career and to make appropriate choices, they can obtain a good network and build on relations with graduates, possible employers, lecturers and other students.
