The goal of the project is to create a mental health tracker. We'll aim to gain a sense of our user's mental state (in the least intrusive way possible), determine if they're suffering, and then propose solutions for them to get out of their current situation. A user answers certain questions, and you recommend tasks to them based on their responses, as well as keep track of their mental condition for display on a dashboard.
As a result, the user will have:
Anxiety is lessened.
Mood improvement.
Think more clearly.
A stronger sensation of inner serenity or calm.
Self-esteem has improved.
Depression risk is reduced.
Relationships have improved.
