• App Usage & Progress: We store your practice history, test scores, and custom trial status securely in the cloud to allow you to restore your progress if you change devices.

• Subscription Data: If you purchase a premium pass, our billing providers securely process the transaction. We do not collect or store your actual credit card numbers; we only store your current subscription status (e.g., Free, Trial, or Pro).

• Device Information & Identifiers: We securely collect specific device identifiers to manage your account access, ensure app stability, and prevent fraud or abuse of our services and promotional offers. 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality.

• Synchronize your practice data securely across your devices.

• Verify your premium subscription or trial eligibility.

• Respond to customer support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, process payments, or monitor app stability. These services follow strict industry security standards:

• Google Play Services & Google Analytics: For app delivery and basic crash reporting.

• Google Firebase (Auth & Firestore): For secure user authentication and cloud data synchronization.

• RevenueCat: For securely managing and verifying in-app subscriptions and premium entitlements.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us with your personal information. All data transmitted between the App and our cloud databases is encrypted in transit using standard security protocols (HTTPS/TLS). While we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Deletion & Your Rights

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To request data deletion, you can either:

• Use the "Delete Account" option directly within the App's Profile Section.

• Send an email requesting account deletion to our support team using the email address associated with your account.
