MemFlow is a photo and video organizer and mobile utility app. Its main features include card-style photo organization, video browsing and management, cache cleaning, notification cleaning, network testing, battery information viewing, and other practical tools.

To provide photo organization and video organization features, MemFlow may access photos and videos on your device after you grant permission. This may include:

3. Permission Description
MemFlow may request the following permissions. The specific permissions may vary depending on your system version and the features you use.

Used to read photos and videos on your device in order to display, organize, filter, and manage media content.
You may choose to allow access to all photos and videos, or choose partial access depending on your system capabilities
3.2 Storage Permission
Some Android versions may require storage permission to read, display, or manage local media files.
3.3 Notification Access Permission
Used for the notification cleaning feature. The app will access notification-related information only after you actively enable this permission.
3.4 Network Access Permission
Used for network testing, app updates, crash log uploads, analytics, or third-party SDK services.
3.5 Battery and Device Status Permissions
Used to display device battery status, charging status, network status, and related information.
You can disable these permissions at any time in your system settings. After disabling certain permissions, some features may not function properly.
4. Local Processing
MemFlow primarily processes photo and video organization features locally on your device.
By default:
Original photo and video files are not uploaded to servers;
Media organization operations are mainly completed on your device;
Deletion actions require your active confirmation or trigger;
The app will not delete your photos or videos without your authorization;
We do not access media files unrelated to the features you use.
5. Third-Party Services
To provide a stable app experience, MemFlow may integrate third-party services, such as:

If your app does not currently display ads, this section can be changed to:
MemFlow currently does not display third-party ads and does not collect your photos, videos, or notification content for advertising purposes.
7. Data Storage and Retention
We retain relevant information only for the shortest time necessary to provide app features.
Photo and video files are generally stored locally on your device;
The app does not retain your original photo or video content for a long period;
Crash logs, analytics data, and device information may be retained by third-party services for a certain period;
Feedback content that you actively send to us will be retained for the period necessary to handle the issue;
When data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share necessary information only in the following circumstances:
To provide app features, we may share necessary data with third-party SDKs or service providers;
To comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or government authority requests;
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, us, or others;

MemFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13.

If MemFlow’s photo and video organization features are completed only locally, your original photo and video files will not be transferred across borders because of those features.

After an update, we will display the new version of the Privacy Policy in the app or on the relevant page and update the effective date
