By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
MenoQuest is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The App is intended solely for educational, informational, wellness, self-management, and entertainment purposes.
Any symptom analysis, AI-generated content, wellness suggestions, health scores, recommendations, reports, exercises, meditations, or insights provided by the App should not be considered medical advice.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a healthcare provider immediately.
MenoQuest includes AI-powered features that generate responses using third-party artificial intelligence services.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies or errors.
AI responses may not be complete, current, or medically accurate.
AI content should not be relied upon as professional medical advice.
AI-generated information should always be independently evaluated and verified when appropriate.
You remain solely responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
You must be at least 18 years old to use MenoQuest.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
MenoQuest may offer premium features through recurring subscriptions ("MenoQuest Premium").
Payment will be charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Subscription pricing will be displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal charges occur through your selected app marketplace.
You may manage, modify, or cancel subscriptions through:

Google Play Account Settings
All purchases and refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
MenoQuest cannot directly issue refunds for purchases processed through app stores.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Submit harmful, abusive, threatening, or illegal content.
Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with App functionality.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code.
Circumvent subscription restrictions or security measures.
Use automated systems to abuse AI functionality.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if misuse is detected.
All App content, including but not limited to:
Designs
Artwork
User interface elements
Graphics
Branding
Logos
Characters
Quests
Storylines
Wellness content
Software code
are owned by MenoQuest or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except those expressly provided in these Terms.
Your use of MenoQuest is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Most user-generated data is stored locally on your device. AI-related interactions may be processed through authorized third-party providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or any specific feature.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenoQuest disclaims all warranties, including:

Fitness for a particular purpose

Reliability
Non-infringement
We make no guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or produce any particular health outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenoQuest, its owners, affiliates, partners, licensors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

Medical outcomes
Health decisions
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Updated versions will be posted within the App and accompanied by a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which MenoQuest operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
