No gift is too small, ach dollar or item is a step toward making sure every child at Menominee Elementary feels supported and seen. Together, we can build a stronger, more caring community for our students, families, and staff.
At Menominee Elementary, we believe that when one family thrives, we all thrive. Our Parent Teacher Organization exists not only to bring people together through fun events and school spirit—but also to care for one another when times get tough.
Every year, some of our school families face challenges such as food insecurity, unexpected job loss, or the need for warm clothing and basic supplies. Through the generous support of our community, the PTO helps fill those gaps—quietly, respectfully, and with compassion.
Below are two lists; our Amazon Wishlist and a Needed Items List, which include ongoing essentials for Menominee families.
You can purchase items directly from the Amazon Wishlist or buy similar items locally. The PTO will coordinate with the school to ensure your donations are delivered to families who need them most. Every contribution helps us continue supporting our community throughout the year.
Behind Menominee Elementary (corner of Melvin and Grove)
Our Blessing Box is a small outdoor cabinet stocked with food, hygiene items, and other everyday essentials, available to anyone, anytime.
They’re a simple way for our Menominee community to care for one another.
If you’re able, you can help by adding nonperishable foods, toiletries, or other small necessities. If you or someone you know could use a little extra support, please take what you need, no questions asked.
It’s a quiet, powerful way to practice generosity: give when you can, take when you need. Every item placed in a Blessing Box helps remind our students and families that they’re never alone.
