I am a doctoral candidate in the Department of Management and Technology at Bocconi University. My research interests lie broadly in innovation and cooperative alliances. Prior to starting my Ph.D., I got a Master's degree in Management at Singapore Management University and double Bachelor's degree in German Study in Management and Accounting at University of International Business and Economics. I also had an academic exchange at London Business School and a summer experience at LMU Munich.
My primary research interests lie in the cooperative economy, societal grand challenges, venture capital, and entrepreneurship. In addition, I have a keen interest in performance feedback theory, strategic decision-making, social networks, and innovation. Methodologically, I specialize in panel data analysis, difference-in-difference methods, qualitative data analysis, mixed methods, and natural language processing, enabling a comprehensive examination of complex management and societal issues.
