Mendoza's Guitar Studio specializes in classical guitar instruction at all levels and ages. All lessons are taught online via the Zoom app or Apple's FaceTime. I am Gerry Zubko and have a Bachelors Degree in Music Education from Indiana University South Bend, 47 years of teaching experience. Lesson price is $120 per month for a 30 minute lesson each week. Students commit to a day and time and must keep that appointment on an ongoing basis unless a permanent change is requested. No make-up lessons or refunds if the student does not keep the lesson appointment time. Lessons are not rearranged around students other activities, I am interested in students who love music as the priority and make the commitment.

Gerry Zubko taught classical guitar to Jake Cinninger of the acclaimed rock band Umphrey's McGee, one of the most successful bands to ever come from the South Bend Indiana and Niles Michigan area. Learning classical guitar develops music theory, reading skills, and a foundation of great technique that students can use to teach themselves any styles they are interested in. Gerry Zubko has been teaching guitar since 1978. Accepted forms of payment are cash and personal checks, no credit cards or electronic transfers.
Guitar music for all types of special events, instrumental classical guitar live performance, prices start at $300 for background music and $500 for wedding ceremonies. Classical guitar can provide elegant background music to make your event more special. No vocals, instrumental music only. Hours: Monday-Friday 2pm-9pm, Saturday 11am-2pm. Closed Sunday.
