If you plan to volunteer during the school day, you will need to have a volunteer application form on file. It generally takes 2 -3 days to process. https://www.madison.k12.wi.us/partnerships/volunteering
If you don't have volunteer clearance, consider going ahead and signing up so you have it when you need it! Level 1 would be for things like picture day and Level 2 would be for things like field trips.
