♡  I would like to order a commission but what do you create?

If you're interested in commissioning me for some custom beadwork please email me. At this time I offer beaded slippers, beaded gloves, earrings, pins, crystal pendants, hair clips, wall hangings, sun catchers and can recreate anything from my Instagram. 

♡ What payment options do you accept?

I currently accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp and Global Bank Transfers. Credit and debit card are accepted in my shop. 

♡ How do I adjust my order? ​

​If you notice a mistake on your order, please let me know as soon as possible. I'll do my best to adjust it for you! However, if your package has already been labeled as shipped and you received a shipping notification via e-mail, I can no longer amend the order.

♡ When will my order ship?

My shop orders are sent within 1-2 business days from your order date excluding Sundays and holidays via USPS. However, shipping times may be longer depending on the season.

If you urgently need something by a special event, please let me know via email and I'll try my absolute best to deliver your order in time.

Pre-orders take 2-6 weeks to ship due to the nature of handmade beadwork.

♡ Expected Delivery

Please allow up to 3-7 days for US orders to arrive and up to 2-3 weeks for International orders (please be aware these times may vary).

♡ How do I track my order?

​Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to update on the USPS link provided.

♡ Why does my package say delivered but I haven't received it?

Unfortunately, once I ship out your packages, it is out of my personal control and in the hands of USPS. I am not liable for any lost packages once they are scanned by the USPS. Please reach out to your neighborhood post office in this situation.
