Purpose
The purpose of the Phoenix College Chapter of the American Association for Men in Nursing (AAMN) is to provide a supportive network for male nurses, nursing students, and allies in Arizona. This chapter aims to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in nursing; advance professional development; and advocate for the unique contributions of men in the nursing profession. By fostering collaboration and mentorship, the chapter will work to improve health outcomes and enrich the nursing community in Arizona.
