Tomato, Broccoli, Walnuts and Carrot Smoothie
Ingrediets:
1 large tomato, cut into pieces
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 large carrot, peeled and cut into pieces
1/4 cup walnuts
1 cup of water or almond milk (you can adjust the amount depending on the desired consistency)
Ice (optional)
Honey or stevia (optional, to sweeten to taste)
Instructions:
In a blender, place the tomato, broccoli, carrot and walnut pieces.
Add the water or almond milk.
Optionally, add ice if you prefer a colder, more refreshing shake.
Blend everything until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture. If you want it more liquid, you can add more water or almond milk.
Try the smoothie and if you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little honey or stevia and blend again to mix.
Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately to get all the nutritional benefits of the fresh ingredients.
