These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Memzi – Language Flashcards (the “Application”), operated by Memzi (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
Memzi is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
Use the app for unlawful purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Application
Interfere with the app’s security or functionality
Memzi does not require user registration or account creation.
All learning content and progress are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
Memzi offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features such as:
Unlimited decks
Advanced customization options
Future premium-only features
All payments are processed securely by Apple via the App Store
We do not collect or store payment information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple, in accordance with App Store policies.
All content, design, logos, text, and functionality in Memzi are the intellectual property of Memzi and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Application without prior written permission.
We strive to keep Memzi available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue features
Update the Application
Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvements
Memzi is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Data loss on your device
Learning results or progress outcomes
Indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Application
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will become effective once published within the Application or on our website.
Your continued use of Memzi after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict of law principles.
