Welcome to the MEMS Lab group! We are a dedicated team of researchers and engineers specializing in Microelectromechanical Systems (MEMS). Our group focuses on the design and modelling of miniature devices that integrate mechanical and electrical components on a microscale.

MEMS technology involves the creation of tiny devices or systems with dimensions ranging from a few micrometers to a few millimeters. These devices can be found in various applications, including sensors, actuators, switches, and optical systems. Our research activities involve only the conceptual design to modelling which can be viable to device fabrication and characterization.
