MemoVault is designed to store and manage your personal memos. All data you create and store in MemoVault, including text, images, and scheduling information, is saved locally on your device and synced with your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit framework.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data or the content of your memos.

2. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in two locations:

a) Locally on your device

b) In your personal iCloud account

We use Apple's CloudKit framework for iCloud synchronization, which ensures that your data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Only you can access your data through your Apple ID.

3. Third-Party Access

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or memo content with any third parties. Your data remains private and accessible only to you.

4. Crash Reporting

To help improve the app's performance and stability, we provide an option for users to manually submit crash reports through the app's settings. These reports may include technical information about the app's state at the time of the crash but do not contain any personal data or memo content. Submission of crash reports is entirely voluntary and at the user's discretion.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
