Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Mindtwirl (“the App”) handles information.
1. Information stored on your device
Game scores, play history, and settings are stored on your device. Anonymous analytics are sent only if you opt in, as described in section 2.
Unless you choose otherwise, your game records do not leave the device. App records are excluded from Android cloud backup by default. Information sent by the advertising system is described in section 3.
2. Optional anonymous analytics
If you agree, the App may send the following anonymous data:
Game type (Memory Blast, Block Crush, Memory Runner, Rhythm Spark, Beat Stop, Code Cracker, Spin Match)
Score
App version
Time zone (e.g. America/New_York)
A randomly generated anonymous ID (not personally identifying)
Anonymous analytics never include your name, email address, location, contacts, or the device advertising ID. You can turn analytics off anytime in Settings.
3. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads (short video ads that give you a small in-game bonus).
Ads play only when you tap a “Watch an ad” button in a game. They never interrupt play on their own.
To show ads, AdMob (Google) collects the following and sends it to Google. The developer of the App does not receive or store it.
Device identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID
IP address (may be used to estimate your general location)
Interactions with ads, such as views and taps
Diagnostic information such as app launch time
Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud. See Google’s policy.
In the EEA, the UK and similar regions, a consent form is shown first.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads; varies by device).
The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
4. Purpose
Anonymous analytics are used only to improve the App and understand play patterns.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share data only when required by law. Information sent to AdMob (Google) for advertising is described in section 3.
6. Contact
For questions about this policy, contact us through the Mindtwirl page on Google Play.
7. Deleting your data
