Privacy Policy for Memory Flash

This Privacy Policy describes how the “Memory Flash” mobile application (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use it. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.
The App does not:
- Ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email, phone number, or any other personal data.
- Collect device identifiers, advertising IDs, location data, contacts, photos, files, or any other personal data from your device.
- Use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
- Send any data to our servers or to any third party. The App has no backend.
All gameplay data (high scores, daily challenge progress, game state) is stored only in the App’s memory on your device and is cleared when the App is closed. Nothing leaves your device.
2. PERMISSIONS USED
The App requests the following Android permissions, used strictly for in-app functionality:
- VIBRATE — used to deliver short haptic feedback when you tap a tile or make a mistake. The vibrator is the only thing it controls. It is not used for any other purpose.
- INTERNET — declared by the underlying app framework but not used. The App makes no network requests during normal gameplay.
3. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any information from children or any other user. Because we collect no personal data at all, the App complies with general principles of children’s privacy laws including COPPA and GDPR-K.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App does not integrate with any third-party services, SDKs, ad networks, or analytics providers. No data is shared with any third party because no data is collected.
5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND ADS
The App contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk. Any gameplay information stays in your device’s memory and is removed when the App is closed.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
