Welcome to BrainRally (the "App"), developed and provided by Akhy Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). The App provides cognitive training games designed to challenge and improve memory, attention, and mental agility.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, contingent upon your compliance with these Terms.

In-App Purchases

The App offers optional one-time purchases that unlock premium features. Purchases are processed by Google Play, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The App's software, design, graphics, logos, and service marks are the property of Akhy Tech or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with other users. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or  attempting to extract the App's source code is prohibited.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App and its features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or data loss. Our  liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
