Brave will not let me save to SD card. The option is grayed out. Says not enough space.

I can save to internal storage successfully.

Option to choose save location is selected in browser settings.

No. In android settings. Android settings > Apps > Brave > Permissions. Then allow permissions to starage. Then brave check if the sd setting is no longer greyed out. From here you can try a download if it is.

Memory Card Download Uc Browser

Under download location menu option I get a box with two options. One is the location on internal storage. It currently save files there.

The other is SD card. That option says NOT ENOUGH SPACE.

Both options are grayed out and cannot be changed. Is there any way I can send screenshots?

I have configured an MTP1000 Unified panel to store a data log and an alarm log on an SD card. In Comfort panels, I could download this data using the Comfort panel's webpage browser interface (after configuring it with a user and password). Is there a similar way to remotely download log data from an SD card in Unified panels? The Unified webserver doesn't seem to have any interface to access files on the SD card. I thought I'd find the answer in this resource:

But it seems to assume I already have the data downloaded to my computer... or worse, implies that the only way to access the data is to remove the SD card from the panel and plug it into my computer.

To be honest I've never done it with UCPs but I believe you can do it using the Sm@rtServer service of the Unified. That works as a VNC service so you can remotely access the UCP and the integrated FileBrowser from where you should be able to download the data log.

You can connect a network drive to your Unified Comfort Panel. Once connected, you can use the File Browser to copy the log files to the network drive. Or you can create a button and write a script to move the files to the network drive.

If it is as simple as connecting to the HMI with Sm@rtServer, opening the File Browser Add-On and it is possible to download the data from there - then this will probably do the trick. Somehow it didn't cross my mind to try using a Sm@rtServer connection, probably because I was fixated on using the web browser, like I did with Comfort panels. The UCP web browser doesn't really have a lot of options though... I'll try this out next week when I'm on-site (I don't have the VPN connection online yet).

I don't have any PCs connected in the same network as the HMI (unless I should specify my work computer as a network drive?), so I don't think this solution fits my needs, but I'll keep in mind the network drive option in future projects, thanks!

OK, now I've gone through the process and it turns out I actually needed both Sm@rtServer and the Network Drive to get to the data. It's far more cumbersome than on regular Comfort panels, where all I had to do was start the webserver and setup an administrator account, then I could download the data via the panel's web browser.

The Sm@rtServer connection got me access to the HMI, and then to the [Apps -> Add-Ons -> File Browser]. However, I couldn't actually copy or send the files I wanted to my computer. So I had to dip into the network drive functionality. I created a folder named "Shared" directly in my laptop's C drive, and made it accessible to everyone (this is a standard Windows functionality). Then I went to [Network and Internet -> Network drive] and defined a network drive as follows:

The network drive status turned to 'Connected" and I could finally go to the File Browser, copy the files from the SD card, and paste them to the /net/mount location in the File Browser, which corresponds to the "Shared" folder on my computer. The log files have the .db3 extension, so I'll probably need to read the document I linked to in my earlier post for the way to extract the data. I also haven't actually tested whether this procedure works via VPN yet, I've only tested in on site with my laptop connected directly to the panel's network - I imagine I would have to change the network drive IP address to the VPN's static IP.

Since I am pretty sure there is no better way at the moment, you should contact your Siemens sales representative with your concerns. They can pass this on to product management as a customer request.

I wanted to be able to open local files in the Chrome browser. If I tap a local file (htm, rss) or paste a valid "file:" URI into Chrome it does not work when file is on external SD card. I am using Samsung S4 Android 5.0.1 (not rooted). I tested a few paths in the chrome browser and found works ok on internal SD card but that there is no read access to any data on the external SD card even the private data folder (I was expecting Chrome should have access to private folder on exteranl card??). Selecting a file E.g. file:///mnt/sdcard/Documents/testarc.htm on internal SD card works fine but paths like file:///storage/extSdCard will not show a directory.

I have two file manager apps installed - ES file explorer, Total Commander, and the is "Myfiles" app which came with the phone. If use ES file explorer or Myfiles the "open with" windows only lists Firefox not Chrome, or Samsung browsers. Choosing Firefox will open the web page file (htm) (even on external SD card), so is there a way to add other browsers to "open with" list?

One workaround I found is to download something (anything) and when you get the download prompt, choose to save to SD. You can also choose from chrome settings Settings -> Downloads -> Download location. Once you save one file, you will be prompted to grant the extSDcard permission.

The only workaround I have found is using Total Commander (TC) and adding an entry setting which program to run with a specific extension in the TC configuration menu. To do this choose menu | configure | internal associations| new association. Define new settings for "htm" extension to open chrome (pick from "choose app" list) and tick box for "Parameters: content://url". When you select a file it passes a URI like content://com.ghisler.android.TotalCommander.files/storage/extSdCard/path/file.htm to Chrome browser. I noticed the file remains available as Chrome tab for several days, but then is not available until I open TC and pick the file again, so I assume it is a cached copy in TC of the original file.

but i had a few ps2's with laser problems and all of them were only dirty - the dust is "burnt" on the laser. i've cleaned them with a slightly wet microfibre cloth and that was it - the are all running without any problem

I used to play a 4 disk game on my ps2 with no problem and had saved 6 files on my memory card. I lost the game and bought a new set of it, but it won't let me save or load. The message says memory card not inserted. I tried it with my tekken 5 game and it works just fine. What do I do?

pls I use to play my ps2 with memory card and I travel and come back I try to play my ps2 again but is not reading my memory card it only shows me browser/configuration settings pls someone should help me pls

I unscrewed the casing and wow the amount of dust it had gathered just by being in a carrier bag tucked away, I only use when I work away & not used since last November. Would be easier to get a Henry vacuum up against the fan at the back and let the vacuum do it's magic. PlayStation works fine now.

But the update somhow created a memory leak to a dashboard card. I have this problem as well. I have way too many custom cards to isolate. Ended up installing a browser auto refresher to temporarily fix this issue for now.

1. My camera downloads to Digital Photo Professional. I would like to be able to download photos to Mac Photos also because that is where I archive photos, but can't figure out how to do that. It would work if I could export photos from DPP to Photos, but DPP doesn't seem to want to do that.

2. Is there a way to email photos from DPP? In Photos, you just click a button and the email automatically generates, but DPP doesn't seem to want to do that. I can't even attach a photo in DPP to an email.

Since you are on a MacBook my guess is that the MacBook is defaulting to download images into the Apple Photo app. Apple Photos stores images in its own library, not easily accessible to other applications.

1. I always use a card reader rather than direct connection to the camera. Either approach will work correctly, but I feel more secure not having my camera and computer sharing workspace to avoid knocking the camera off the desk. Note that some folks have trouble connecting EOS Utility to the computer and the Canon program notes state that EOS Utility will not connect via USB with macOS 13. (I do not have that problem, but my connection was established well before Ventura was installed on my computer. Ventura has introduced some strict permission requirements for USB accessories.) 152ee80cbc
