### 1. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
You can delete your account and personal data using either of the following methods:
#### Method A: Instant In-App Deletion (Fastest)
1. Open the **Memorix** app on your device.
2. Tap the **Settings (⚙️)** icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen.
3. Scroll down and tap **"Delete Account & Cloud Data"**.
4. Type **CONFIRM** in the confirmation box and tap **"PERMANENTLY DELETE"**.
5. Your Google User ID, cloud-saved coins, high scores, and unlocked items will be instantly and permanently deleted from our Firebase servers.
#### Method B: Web / Email Deletion Request (If app is uninstalled)
If you no longer have the app installed on your device, you can submit a manual deletion request:
* **Email:** support@memorixgame.com
* **Subject Line:** "Account Deletion Request - Memorix"
* **Required Information:** Please provide the Google account email address you used to sign into the game.
* **Processing Time:** All associated data will be permanently wiped within 48 to 72 hours, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

### 2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted
Upon receiving an account deletion request, the following data is permanently purged from our databases:
* Google User Profile identifier (User ID, Email, and Display Name).
* All game progress records (Level stars, current campaign stage, high scores, time attack best scores).
* Player inventory records (Coins balance, purchased and equipped theme decks, VIP pass access).
* Cloud synchronization timestamps and logs.

We do not retain any personal or gameplay data once an account deletion is executed. No secondary copies or backups of deleted accounts are preserved.
