Christine loved food! You would be hard-pressed to find anything she would not eat (though there were a few times we were sure she just wouldn't give us the whole truth--I mean who really loves to eat calamari dipped in mayonnaise?!). Of all the foods though, her favorite foods were dessert. And if you could put an extra helping of whipped cream on that dessert? Well, you might as well give her the whole bottle!
In the family, Christine is known for her culinary skills in making lazy pie and, what some of her nieces and nephews like to call, Christine Cookies. The former should definitely be eaten with a healthy dose of whipped cream (if the pie isn't covered, you aren't doing it right). Cream is optional on the latter recipe.
