Welcome to Memorable ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Memorable mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2.1 Information You Provide
Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address. You may also sign in via Google, in which case we receive your Google account email and display name.
Contact Data: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, job titles, tags, notes, and any other details you add to your contacts.
Profile Information: Your name, photo, and digital card details that you create within the App.
Chat Messages: Messages you send or receive within the App's chat feature.
Media: Photos and files you upload to contacts or your profile.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Location Data: With your permission, we collect GPS coordinates when you attach location context to a contact or interaction.
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
We use the collected information to:
Create and manage your account and authenticate your identity
Store, display, and sync your contacts and their associated timelines
Enable chat functionality between users
Generate and display your digital business card
Provide location-tagged contact interactions when you opt in
Respond to support requests
Improve app performance and fix bugs
We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Your session is stored securely on your device using encrypted local storage (Android Keystore / iOS Secure Enclave).
Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS.
We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data
Export your contact data (available in-app)
Withdraw consent for location access at any time via your device settings

The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
