At MemoPad Picture, we value your privacy. This application is designed to be private and secure by default.

1. Information Collection

MemoPad Picture does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All content you create (notes, folder names, and photos) is stored exclusively on your mobile device's internal storage.

2. Use of Permissions

• Storage/Gallery: The app requests access to your gallery solely to allow you to choose images to personalize your notes and folders. These images are processed locally.

• Biometrics: If you choose to enable "Biometric Lock" (Pro version), the app uses the official Android API. We do not have access to your fingerprint or facial data; the operating system manages the authentication and only informs us if it was successful.

3. Third Parties

We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to any company or external entity. As an offline application, there is no activity tracking.

4. Backups

The user is solely responsible for their backups. The backup function generates a .zip file on your device that you control and can save wherever you prefer.
