Welcome to the Memminger Elementary School's library where we S.T.E.E.R. (Safety, Teamwork, Eager to Learn, Expect the Best, Reflect) our students towards a life long passion of reading and learning. Within our online catalog, Destiny Discover, we have graphic novels, fantasy, humor, scary stories, adventure, sports fiction, animal stories, and historical fiction. From this online catalog, users also have access to MackinVIA's databases and ebooks, MyOn, and SC Discus Elementary South Carolina's Virtual library. At Memminger, we will learn together, read together, and create together.

Meet Ms. Mixon
Hello everyone and welcome to our library! Before deciding to become a school librarian, I worked for three years as a First grade teacher. I received my undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston in Early Childhood Education. I am currently working towards earning my masters degree in Library and Information Science. When not at school, you might find me at Folly Beach enjoying this beautiful place we get to call home.
