Project Manager, Team Lead

As project manager for the ICCE team, I get to apply my experience in co-ops on both project development and testing teams towards organizing critical functions of the senior design team. Additionally, I have worked first-hand with project managers and understand the importance of maintaining communication links with team members and stakeholders in ensuring success of the project.

Fluid Analysis

I am responsible for the fluid flow analysis for ICCE. My previous co-op experience and past courses gave me insight to fulfill my role. My main role is to ensure reliable and efficient coolant flow is achieved in the ICCE project. I've used my previous experience to ensure that I complete my role with in the ICCE project.

Heat Transfer Analysis

My most recent co-op at a chemical plant has given me in-depth, real world experience with heat transfer equipment. I have been able to apply what I learned there and from my engineering electives, which were all thermal equipment focused, to contribute in a meaningful way to the team and our design project.

Prototype Creation

As the Prototype Manufacturing Engineer for ICCE, I am responsible for turning the designs of my colleagues into physical devices which can then be tested for functionality and form. My professional experience has provided me with the necessary tools to properly construct devices that adhere to the highest possible quality standards. I am applying my passion for engineering and my industry training in order to greatly benefit some of the most important members of society.

I have served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and I am working with my team to address the very serious issue of heat related injury in the military. I have first hand experience of what it is like and how much of an obstacle the heat can become. I am applying this experience to my work in the team as the testing engineer.
