Sam was FANTASTIC for my fine line tattoo. He was welcoming and extremely dedicated in understanding what I wanted and fulfilling my requests for my tat. He clearly enjoys what he does and made the experience great. Very talented and 10/10 will be seeing him again for my next tattoo.
